Microblading Tips

best microblading in frisco

Permanent makeup is an art, not a science. Individual client results will vary. Remember, no two sides of the face are the same. Perfection is the goal, but brows are sisters, not twins. It is important that you understand I do not control the healed results. Many things will factor into your individual healed results from skin type to genetics, lifestyle to the environment, which products you use on your skin, exposure to the sun, etc.

What to Expect:

I allow two hours for our microblading appointment, so that you have plenty of time to get numb before we begin. Most of the treatment is spent measuring, drawing, checking, double-checking, choosing your pigment color, answering all of your questions about semi-permanent eyebrow tattoo, and going over the paperwork. The microblading itself takes approximately one hour and post microblading care tips will be provided at your appointment. Note that the touch up appointments take less than one hour.

Microblading Eyebrows Pre-Care Tips

  • Refrain from consuming alcohol 24 hours before procedure.
  • Limit caffeine prior to your appointment.
  • Do not take Aspirin, Ibuprofen or Fish Oil 24 hours before procedure.
  • Do take Tylenol 30 minutes before to alleviate discomfort (optional).
  • Microblading is NOT allowed while pregnant.
  • Note: If you are on your menstrual cycle you will be MUCH more sensitive and it is not recommended to book your brow appointment during those days.

Microblading Eyebrows Post-Care Tips

  • Microblading eyebrows is a "Dry Heal". You will be limiting the amount of water that the brow will come into contact with for a few days while the area is healing.
  • Maintain moisture on your brows with the aftercare gel and/or ointment I provide you with in your aftercare package (instructions included).
  • Avoid soaps, facial cleansers & makeup on brows until the skin appears healed and smooth.
  • Use common sense when it comes to post Microblading care tips. The better you can protect the brow area, and the longer you can protect the brow area, the better your results will be.
